Working In Collaboration

Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust and Yew Tree are working in close partnership in order to enhance their recruitment practice.

Using professional actors and creating scenarios based on the NHS's specific requirements Yew Tree are assisting the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals Trust to improve the quality and diversity of their already thorough recruitment process. Work began last week with Yew Tree being involved in a recruitment day for candidates for a Matron post within the Trust.

This work is building on the back of an already succesful partnership between Yew Tree and the NHS with previous work done including a brand new play used at launch events to project the NHS's values, as well as another original piece of theatre created by Yew Tree that highlighted and explored aspects of managing change, and formed an integral part of a training day.
